listening at 30.. Signe - the stage has additional depth and width in a 3D sense... the crowd emerges from a lower point while each individual whistle and clap are very focused.. the cymbals have a focused roundness about it.. you can hear it precisely in it's depth and width point, but also feel the roll off as if vibrates towards you. is there a triangle in it? that's on the opposite end there's a crispness to the way the guitar is being plucked, it's lively but has not lost it's warmth or body.. new years day - guitar kicks ~ 1.10.. seems to come from far left by plugs near blue panel.. voice sounds just right with lots of focus, right tone, and good body.  medium ring from piano, good body.. yellow brick road sara b - the piano has the hallowing character at 1.45 that the artist is intending for.. good separation between her voice 2.30 and the piano.. lots of control in the voice pink floyd time.. slow uptick in clicks from bottom of floor... up to top front of corner.. go back to alexis cole turn back the universe and give me yesterday.. both new sides - noting the piano ring, body, decay ~4 mins harry belafonte - day 0 carnegie hall, notice the bonga far corner, separation of background singers, tears in heaven - very smooth vocals, triangles tv height,

  • HFC: good tone also, smooth. triangles height about 6-8 inches lower.. a little less low end
  • listen to the crunch of the guitar again at 2.00..
  • P10: guitar did not have as much of that reverb but initial note is musical . vocals seem a little more forward.  low end is present, not a ton of focus though.
  • PC ultimate: ring has identity, each guitar has a lot of identity.. bass comes in with definition and weight.
  • Original but migs all warm:

marian hill - subtle thing... water drop, the reverb... 1 min suck of air... 1.40 drop into silence..

  • HFC: with vocals arent as focused, the bass loses some tightness, the suck has less velocity, not as quiet. should feel like a space vacuum suck.
  • P10:

santana - el farol ; dynamics between bass and rift early 15 secs ish.. separation of guitar right at 30 secs, body on the horn... detail of scrap sound in back.. left to right.. 1.10 min,

  • HFC: a little more natural, but that might be at the lack of detail.. the scrap does not have the flow.. almost more of a distraction in the back as opposed to being an effect.. less resolution..
  • note the decay at early..
  • HFC flipped: decay more airy, weight on the low end, again the resolution comes in.
  • P10: less depth, but good separation on horn and guitar.. scrap sounded thinner (as in less wide) but had good left and right effect.
  • P10 ground: horn has really good presence, lively and realistic.
  • PC ultimate: very airy and delicate, but warm on the guitar.. texture to the scrape. the horn is really smoooth.

joni mitchell case of you - MQA track.. sounds falsetto ish early on, 1 min ... left guitarist out to blue middle,

  • HFC: a little more body on voice, less falsetto.. left guitarist to grey end of the wall.. feels a little more relaxed,
  • HFC flipped: vocals better with flip, less falsetteo.. more like the powercell..
  • P10: voice less fasletto, stage about the same on this track.. body on guitar? less?
  • PC with Ultimate: less of that falsetto with the ult.  left guitarist presence come in strong again. warmth in voice.

tarnation - transition on low blast in beginning leading to reverb, body on the bass.. separation between the two.. quiet noise between.

  • HFC: the decay on that reverb was more one note and less linear.. the bass sounds a little more bloated, flatter, less space between the two.
  • HFC flipped: weight is back, decay has more delineation, more low end.
  • P10: the decay on that reverb held, and had good carry. the bass goes deeper but not as controlled. less resolution but sense of place is better.
  • PC ult: really good continuity on stage. individual plucks came back.

whole lotta love - min 1.10.. race car track sound 1.20 wraps left to shaq, decay of cymbals, background singer around 1.55, love scream 2.45 going left and right.. separation with background sound.. cleanness of guitar near 3

  • HFC: car doesn't warp as far.. prob about 2 ft less.. seem to miss a little in middle, lighter on the cymbals, less authority.. less depth on the ahh ahh.. scream is left and right speaker..
  • HFC flipped: vocals good, more detail but not as far and eveloping as powercell still.. cymbal less high.. is that as real? doesn't wrap around as much still though detail..
  • P10: good decay on that car.. cymbal is has energy but not as much focus reverb..  less focused but good placement. the left and right ..
  • P10 grounded: very smooth on the race car but less vroom.. has the impact, and the reverb on cymbal.. better separation on the "love" spreading across..
  • PC Ult: more splash on cymbals, race car track move is smooth, and the ahhs are very dimensional and round,

day o - musicality of his voice, claps of crowd... bonga near light.. background singers separate out lower left back.. separation of singers (not magnetized)

  • HFC: stage is narrower about 1.5 ft.. flatter stage, in the distance between background singer and main singer.. feels as if bonga player is more muted as if he's a bit shy and lacking authority.
  • HFC flipped: vocals are more youthful and have resolution.. great separation with the background singer but not as deep or 3D.. bonga sounds more "bubble" like.. better separation, but less depth..
  • P10: bonga less focused on location, less depth, but sounded more like a group than a set of individual.. need to listen to separation with drum taps and crowd.
  • P10 grounded: more airy on the claps, and energy on vocals versus without it.. could hear the individual voices..
  • PC Ult: great sense of space on the bonga rumble... can feel the individual pats.. the voice has a smoothness to it. vocals has a lot of rez without sacrifice.
